Pink Flash Cookies

Veganz is one of our favorite stores in Berlin. What would be more comfortable than shopping in a store where everything is vegan! It’s also nice to support shop which values are vegan. However, we are also avoiding added sugar, salt, sweeteners, coloring and preservatives, as well as gluten, so we will still read all the packages in this store as well. Veganz, however, offers a good range of vegan foods, everything from fresh fruit, superfoods and junk food.

One of our favorite product in Veganz’s is Pink Flash Protein powder.

 

Pink Flash Cookies (5pcs)

150g Cashew nuts
8 Dates
20g Pink Flash Protein powder
1rkl Coconut manna

In the earlier cookie recipes we have added 1ml of salt to the recipe but we have now avoided adding salt for about a month. You can get salt from everything we eat starting from vegetables so you don’t need to ad it anywhere. It also fastens your ageing. If you are interested of avoiding salt, give your taste buds time to get used to it. It takes a few weeks, but then your food start to taste even better than before. Less is often more! We are children of all age and we need time to get used to new tastes and ways of living.

 

Instructions:

1. Rinse Cashews carefully and soak them for at least six hours. Then rinse them and pour into the food processor. Add also the Pink Flash protein powder, coconut manna, dates and salt if you want. ItΒ΄s good to cut dates to small pieces with scissors so you will see if there is any stones inside. Mix with the food processor for a moment, but not too long. The cookies feel more interesting in the mouth as the texture remains in the mass.

2. Make small circles of the mass on the dryer rack and but them in the dryer at 42 degrees for 12 hours. Voila, now they are ready to eat! Bon apetit.

Biscuits can certainly be made in the oven also, but when the temperature is higher, the cooking time is considerably shorter. However, remember that a higher temperature kills food from its nutrients and enzymes.

Peanut powder 30%, beetroot powder 30%, Lucuma powder 18%, Yacon powder 6%, Peanut powder 6%, Thyme powder 3%, Ashwaganda powder 3%, Strawberry powder 3%, Vanilla powder.

Cashew nuts contain plenty of fat (about 50 percent), vitamin E, K and B6, and minerals such as copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium. They also have plenty of natural protein 18g / 100g
